Entered service in November, 1939.  Completed aircraft and engine mechanic's course, April, 1941.  Rated as engineer-gunner, February, 1942.  After Tokyo Raid, returned to China-Burma-India Theater in 1943 and in 1945 served in Asiatic Pacific Theater.  Has served overseas since World War II in Germany, England, Japan, Guam, and Canada as an aircraft maintenance technician.  Decorations include the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Chinese Army, Navy, and Air Corps Medal, Class A, 1st Grade.
